ELA Inter-House Debate Competition

ELA Inter-House Debate Competition was held during the month of March. All four houses (Ameen, Imad, Muzaffar, Shaniviraza) competed. There were 7 students from each house, 5 debaters and 2 writers. Shaniviraza House and Imadh House competed on the first day of the competition. Both teams put up a great fight despite the fact that it was their first debate. In the end, Imadh House won. On the second day of the competition, the remaining two teams; Ameen House and Muzaffar House competed. Members from both the teams were fully prepared and ready to take on the challenges thrown their way. It was truly a splendid debate, both teams did extremely well. Muzaffar House won leading by one point. Next up was the final debate of the competition. However, the final debate had to be postponed indefinitely due the Covid-19 outbreak.
